Cyworkz provides AI-assisted business process automation and related tools. We may add, change, or remove features over time.

You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and are responsible for activity under your account. You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction.

You agree not to misuse the service, including attempting to breach security, uploading unlawful or infringing content, interfering with other users, or using the service to build a competing product.

Paid plans are billed as described at sign-up. Fees are payable in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with reasonable notice.

You retain ownership of the data and documents you upload. You grant us the limited right to process that data to provide the service. Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

The Cyworkz platform, software, and brand are owned by Cykube Ltd. These terms do not transfer any of our intellectual property to you.

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may suspend the service for maintenance or to protect the platform.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. AI-generated output may contain errors and should be reviewed before relying on it.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cykube Ltd is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim.

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
